Katie has been out to The Gambia for the last 6 years as a volunteer and adult supervisor

Supporting both the students and volunteers on the programme at St Josephs school, SOS Orphanage at Bakoteh, and the Child Youth Help Foundation.

Katie says 'The project has become a special part of my life and my aim is to help others that are in need of a better future. The project is something that we can build on and help sustain a better future for many people in The Gambia'.
